What we collect
Account details (name, email) handled by our sign-in provider Clerk; payment details handled by Stripe (we never see or store your card number); the content you provide (company profiles, website URLs, topics, uploaded footage and recordings); and the content we generate for you (videos, captions, reports). We also keep basic technical logs to run and secure the service.
How we use it
Only to provide Plexurio: generating your videos and reports, personalising them to your brand, showing your library, processing your top-ups and balance, and notifying you (e.g. 'your video is ready' emails). We don't sell your data or use your content to advertise to others.
AI processing
To generate content, the text you provide (niche, topics, briefs, website text) is processed by AI providers, and your recordings may be transcribed to create captions. These providers process data to deliver our service and don't use it to train their models under our agreements.
Where it lives
The app and your content run on Railway (cloud hosting); authentication is Clerk; payments are Stripe. Uploaded footage and generated videos are stored on our servers so your library keeps working.
Retention & deletion
Your content stays until you delete it. Deleting a video, a company, or your account removes the associated uploads and generated files. Billing records are kept as required by tax law.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Most of it is directly editable in the app; for anything else, contact us and we'll help, including full account deletion.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll tell you in the app or by email.
