Terms of Service

1. The service

Plexurio generates short-form video content and research reports using artificial intelligence, based on the information, footage and instructions you provide. Output is produced automatically; you review it before use.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. One person or business per account; don't share access.

3. Balance & billing

There is no subscription. You add funds to your Plexurio balance through Stripe (minimum $5 per top-up) and spend them as you generate. A generation can only be started while more than $1 remains on the account. Each video or research report is priced individually according to the work it required; the price is shown on the generation's page and deducted from your balance when it finishes. Generations that fail are not charged. A generation that has started is always allowed to finish: if its final price exceeds the balance left, the difference is carried as a negative balance and settled by your next top-up. Balances do not expire and are not transferable between accounts. Funds already spent are non-refundable except where required by law; unspent balance can be refunded on request. When you top up, your card is stored by our payment processor so that you may enable automatic top-ups — if you switch that on, you authorise us to charge that card the amount you set whenever your balance falls below the threshold you set, until you switch it off. A declined automatic charge pauses automatic top-ups until you act.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the footage, images, text and brand material you upload, and to the videos and reports Plexurio generates for you. You grant us the limited licence needed to process your material for the sole purpose of generating your content. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to everything you upload (including music, faces and trademarks) and for how you use the output.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Plexurio to create content that is illegal, deceptive (including undisclosed impersonation), infringing, hateful or harassing, or to spam any platform. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

6. AI output: no guarantees

Generated content may contain errors, and we make no promises about accuracy, suitability, or performance (including views, engagement or 'virality'). Always review content before publishing it. Research reports summarise public social-media content and may be incomplete or out of date.

7. Third-party platforms

Publishing content to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X or any other platform is subject to that platform's own terms. Complying with them is your responsibility.

8. Availability

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We work hard to keep it up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation and may modify features over time.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for how generated content performs or is received.

10. Termination

You can stop using Plexurio and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
